Creatives ALL fight the approval & revision process with clients. We need a way to streamline approvals and revision round feedback.

1) Add upload paperclip icon to comments so people commenting can provide context with comments.

2) Add approval feature for client handoff! (client can click Approve or Request Changes). If approve, they approve the project and downloads are enabled automatically. If changes are requested, they can add comments and submit the feedback round.

3) add a way to download all feedback on a board for seamless design team handoff.
